An article reviews occurence, mechanism and treatment of drug induced reactions that resemble certain idiopathic rheumatic diseases syndromes or are indistinguishable from them, is, drug-induced lupus erythematosus, hyperuricemia gout, osteopathy, statin-induced skeletal muscle damage, fluoroquinolone-induced tendinopathy, autoimmune inflammatory by checkpoint inhibitors.
